Patterns of Ethical Concern:

Team members: Leo Qu, Hunter Hollinger, Emma Kang​
Supervisor: Dr. Colin Gray
Location: West Lafayette, IN
Duration: 10 weeks

Purpose: To explore opportunities to enhance the preparation of STEM students by documenting current and emerging areas of ethical concern. 


Methods: Survey Design, Participation Gathering, Semi - Constructed interviews, Transcribing, Pair - coding

​Findings:
  • Identified different perspectives about ethics education in students’ respective technology fields
  • Came up with 3 different personas: The Cynical, The Naive, The Hopeful
  • Presented results to fellow students and judges at an Undergraduate Research Symposium
